I called to see about having a bent rim repaired. He was able to check it out AND fix the issue on the same day! I was asked to come in at 3 pm, and he started at 3 pm. I love efficiency!! Trustworthy service with a smile. 😊

Darryl the owner was a Godsend in my need of distress! I was supposed to drive to Virginia and thought I had a simple tire issue which ended up having a crack in my rim and nobody in the Anderson area was able to help me in that expertise in a timely or cost efficient manner or have any rims in stock to even just buy a whole new rim to get mine fixed and on the road! I did a complete google search that took an hr of calls to no avail and when I called Darryl he was so kind, compassionate, calming and reassuring me that I called the right place and he could get me in that day or first thing in the morning and have me all fixed up and on the road all in an hour’s time! I arrived first thing in the morning and Darryl and his friendly coworker greeted me with welcoming smiles and got my car right up on the jack and did an amazingly, thorough job in a fantastic timely manner for an amazing price! I highly recommend and give 10 stars to Greenville Elite Rim and will definitely be using them again if I ever need help when it comes to do with my rims in any way! Darryl has fixed 3 of our rims. He was polite, professional, and quick. He even test drove with us afterwards to help understand a noise we were dealing with and double checked one of the wheels again to ensure it was fixed and balanced. Highly recommend!

My car was hit by a truck and needed wheel straightening. Darryl fit me in the next business day. He was professional, communicative and kind. He made sure my wait was comfortable (there’s a great coffee shop nearby). He took videos to keep me informed. He even removed scuffs from the collision — just icing on the visit! I’m so grateful I found this place.

Darryl is the best. I showed up, he asked for wheels, he inspected them, quoted me shortly after via phone, I approved, he fixed and he shared how his work measured well within factory specs. My BMW rides so much smoother now. Smoother than before I hit the large bump even. 10/10 recommend BUT IF his pricing is a little shocking, consider the fact that you can request the DMV to reimburse you. I’ve had a good experience of them reimbursing me years ago from another classic SC pothole, and friend had the same positive experience as well.
